We love Lambda and we know you do too! So we’re pleased to announce today that we support the invocation of AWS Lambda functions as an action in our rules engine.
Now, using any of our trigger types, you can invoke any Lambda function across your accounts and regions, with a custom JSON payload and optionally environment variable overrides.
With your security and privacy in mind, we encrypt all environment variable overrides and even have added a “hide” feature to make sure that once a rule is saved, if a secret was marked as private, it’s value will always be hidden and can only be replaced, not read.
