We’re delighted to report that GorillaStack was featured in an Amazon Web Services (AWS) presentation during the recent AWS re:Invent conference in Las Vegas.
You can see what was said by checking out the video above.
During the presentation Evan Crawford, Amazon Web Services, said:
“We’ve got a great partner that just focuses on Cost Optimisation called GorillaStack.
They’ve written a script which they’ve released for everyone today, which goes around and automatically tags all of your resources with the User who created them. So if they’re not following the policy you can quickly add up how much money they’re spending – and you can go and take action.
You can also alter that Lambda script if you like, you don’t have to tag it by user. There’s a whole bunch of things you can do. It just feeds off the CloudTrail data.
So have a look at that script. I think you’ll find it really useful.”
This is just one step we are taking towards making your cloud a better place. GorillaStack is here to help you save time and money in the AWS cloud.
